Our Caregivers

Our dedicated team of caregivers is meticulously selected and undergoes thorough background checks conducted by the DOJ/FBI to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. We are committed to providing them with the highest quality of care, fostering trust with our residents and creating an environment that feels just like home. Our caregivers find fulfillment in assisting others, and our top priority is to ensure that our residents experience a seamless transition into our community, where they feel right at home.

In our pursuit of excellence, our caregivers uphold core values of respect, integrity, dedication, and trust. They are responsible for:

  1. Delivering exceptional resident care, working under the supervision of certified caregivers.

  2. Upholding and promoting resident dignity, independence, and freedom of choice.

  3. Routinely monitoring the physical and mental well-being of residents and promptly reporting any changes to the PCA (Patient Care Assistant).

  4. Assisting seniors in getting to and from the dining room and participating in activities.

  5. Taking vital signs of residents.

  6. Administering first aid and initiating emergency response procedures when necessary.

  7. Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  8. Preparing meals and offering support during mealtimes.

  9. Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.

  10. Managing medication administration for residents.

  11. Tending to light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.

  12. Engaging clients in various activities, such as games, reading, and light exercise, to promote their physical and mental well-being.
